accessibility.

last updated · August 2026

babyg is built for creators, and we want the platform to be usable by as many people as possible across devices, browsers, input methods, and assistive technologies.

this accessibility statement explains what we work toward, what areas we focus on, where limitations may exist, how third-party services fit in, and how to report an accessibility issue.

our commitment

we aim to make babyg accessible, usable, and understandable for all users.

our goal is to align with widely recognized accessibility practices, including the web content accessibility guidelines, commonly known as wcag, with level aa as our working target.

accessibility is an ongoing effort. we do not treat it as a one-time checklist. when we find or receive accessibility issues, we review them and work to improve the product.

what this applies to

this accessibility statement applies to the babyg website, sign-up flow, creator dashboard, ai assistant features, profile pages, settings, legal pages, connected account flows, profile photo uploads, messages, bookings, listings, opportunities, and other babyg web-based features.

some connected services, such as instagram (meta), google, gmail, and google calendar, may have their own accessibility practices. babyg does not control third-party platforms, but we work to make the parts of the experience we control as accessible as reasonably possible.

mobile-first design

babyg is designed with mobile use in mind.

we work to support readable layouts, clear spacing, touch-friendly controls, responsive screens, and usable forms across phone, tablet, and desktop sizes.

where practical, we aim to use tap targets large enough for comfortable mobile use, avoid layouts that require unnecessary zooming, respect device safe areas, and keep important actions visible and easy to reach.

readability and visual clarity

we work to make text, buttons, forms, and navigation easy to read and understand.

this includes using clear labels, readable font sizes, enough spacing, logical page structure, and color contrast that supports visibility across the babyg design system.

we try not to rely on color alone to communicate important information. where possible, we use text, labels, icons, states, or other cues along with color.

keyboard access

we work to make interactive elements reachable and usable with a keyboard.

this includes navigation links, buttons, forms, menus, account settings, ai assistant controls, profile-photo upload controls, connected account actions, profile controls, listing controls, booking controls, and other key interactive features.

we aim to provide visible focus states so users can understand where they are on the page while navigating by keyboard.

screen reader support

we work to make babyg understandable with screen readers and other assistive technologies.

where practical, we use semantic html, proper headings, form labels, descriptive buttons, accessible names for icon-only controls, and meaningful page structure.

we aim to label important images, buttons, inputs, navigation elements, status messages, error messages, and confirmation messages so users can understand what each item does.

forms and sign-up flow

we work to make forms clear, direct, and easy to complete.

form fields should have understandable labels, helpful instructions, readable error messages, and logical tab order.

this applies to sign-up, onboarding, connected account setup, location permission flows, profile setup, settings, data deletion requests, and other forms inside babyg.

connected account prompts

babyg may ask users to connect accounts or approve permissions, currently instagram, gmail, google calendar, or location.

we work to make these prompts clear, readable, and understandable before a user chooses to continue.

users should be able to understand what they are connecting, why it is being requested, and what action they are taking.

location prompts

babyg may ask users to share location for location-based features.

we work to make location prompts clear and understandable, including whether the feature is asking for general location, current location, precise location, or live location access.

users should be able to deny or turn off location access through their browser, device settings, or account settings where available.

ai assistant accessibility

babyg includes ai-powered features: an in-app ai assistant that helps with drafts, replies, summaries, and next steps.

we work to make these features understandable and usable by providing clear input areas, readable responses, visible actions, and user control before important outputs are sent, posted, published, or relied on.

where possible, ai assistant interfaces should support keyboard navigation, screen reader labels, readable message structure, clear action buttons, and understandable status updates.

motion and animation

babyg may use animations, transitions, floating elements, hover effects, scroll effects, or other motion-based design.

we aim to keep motion subtle and avoid effects that interfere with usability.

where practical, babyg should respect reduced-motion settings and avoid relying only on animation to explain important information.

profile photo uploads

babyg accepts one type of user upload: your profile photo. we work to make the upload control clear and usable — a standard file input on desktop, opening the camera roll on mobile — and to keep the resulting rendered image visible with clear alt text where the photo appears in the product.

public profiles, listings, and creator directory

babyg may include public creator profiles, listings, opportunities, and creator directory features.

we work to make public profile pages, listing cards, opportunity details, buttons, filters, and navigation easy to read, keyboard accessible, and understandable with assistive technologies.

users are responsible for the accuracy and accessibility of the public content they choose to add.

legal and account pages

we work to make important pages easy to find and read, including privacy, terms, data deletion, accessibility, account settings, connected account controls, and support information.

users should be able to access key account and legal information without relying only on visual cues, animation, or hidden controls.

known limitations

babyg is still evolving. some areas may not yet work perfectly for every user, device, browser, or assistive technology.

possible limitations may include incomplete labels, imperfect focus order, contrast issues in newer designs, motion settings that need improvement, third-party connected account screens we do not control, user-generated content without descriptions, or ai-generated content that may need editing for clarity.

we treat accessibility issues as product issues and work to improve them over time.

third-party services

babyg connects with or links to third-party services such as instagram (meta), google, gmail, google calendar, hosting providers, and ai providers.

third-party services may have their own accessibility features, limitations, terms, and support processes.

babyg is not responsible for the accessibility of third-party platforms, but we want the babyg-controlled parts of the experience to remain as clear and usable as possible.

report an accessibility issue

if you experience an accessibility barrier on babyg, contact us at:

babygaiagent@gmail.com

please include as much of the following as you can:

  • the page or feature where the issue happened
  • what you were trying to do
  • what went wrong
  • your device and browser
  • whether you were using a keyboard, screen reader, voice control, zoom, reduced motion, or another assistive technology
  • the name and version of any assistive technology, if applicable
  • a screenshot or screen recording, if helpful and comfortable for you to share

response process

we aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.

we review reported issues and prioritize fixes based on severity, user impact, complexity, and whether the issue blocks access to an important feature.

urgent issues that prevent access to core account, safety, deletion, privacy, communication, or connected account features may be prioritized faster.

alternative access

if you cannot access a feature or page because of an accessibility issue, email babygaiagent@gmail.com and we will try to provide a reasonable alternative way to get support or complete the requested action.

this may include help with account access, privacy requests, data deletion requests, connected account questions, location access questions, or other essential support needs.

ongoing improvements

we continue to improve accessibility as babyg changes.

accessibility work may include reviewing page structure, improving labels, testing keyboard navigation, improving contrast, reducing motion issues, making forms clearer, improving screen reader support, improving mobile layouts, and updating design components.

what this statement is not
