you can request deletion of your babyg account or specific data tied to your account at any time.
this page explains how to request deletion, what gets removed, what may be retained for limited reasons, how connected accounts are disconnected, and how long deletion usually takes.
delete your account inside babyg
the fastest way to delete your account is from inside babyg. sign in, open profile settings, scroll to the delete account section at the bottom, type delete to confirm, and submit.
this immediately:
- revokes your gmail and google calendar grants at google, so babyg can no longer access either even before the row leaves the database
- disconnects instagram from babyg (also remove babyg from accounts.meta.com/apps to complete revocation on meta's side)
- deletes your account record and every downstream row tied to it — profile, connections, DMs, notifications, bookings, receipts, performance snapshots, discovery actions, action proposals, and audit trail
- signs you out
delete by email
if you cannot sign in, email babygaiagent@gmail.com from the email address tied to your babyg account.
include:
- "data deletion request" in the subject line
- what you want deleted, such as your full account or specific data
- any helpful account details, such as your name, creator name, or instagram handle
if you send the request from an email address that is not tied to your babyg account, we may ask for extra verification before completing the request.
you may also request deletion of data collected from connected accounts, currently instagram, gmail, and google calendar.
what we delete for a full account deletion
when you request full account deletion, we take reasonable steps to delete or disable the following from active systems:
- your account record, including email address, account type, account status, sign-in method, connected account status, and sign-in metadata
- your creator profile, including creator name, social handles, niche, bio, location, content formats, public profile fields, and creator preferences
- your onboarding answers, including creator goals, tone preferences, writing samples, task preferences, and instructions given to babyg
- your location information (city / region / country) as you set it
- your babyg platform messages and message threads where you are the sender or recipient, subject to the limits described below
- your ai assistant conversations, prompts, drafts, summaries, recommendations, and task outputs stored in babyg
- your bookings, calendar items, notes, reminders, and scheduling records created inside babyg
- your content receipts, performance snapshots, post notes, captions, drafts, links, and manually entered content data
- your uploaded profile photo
- your public creator profile and directory listing
- your listings, opportunities, and related profile visibility
- your notifications and user-specific activity records
- your connected account tokens and stored connection records for instagram, gmail, and google calendar
- your google calendar and gmail context stored in babyg, where applicable
- your instagram context stored in babyg, where applicable
connected accounts
if you connected instagram, gmail, or google calendar, we will take reasonable steps to disconnect those accounts from babyg and delete or disable stored access tokens.
for google (gmail and google calendar), babyg actively revokes the grant at oauth2.googleapis.com/revoke on disconnect or account deletion — you do not need to remove the app separately at google, though you can verify at your google account permissions.
for instagram, babyg drops the local tokens on disconnect; you should also remove babyg at accounts.meta.com/apps to complete revocation on meta's side.
after deletion, babyg will stop collecting new data from those connected accounts unless you reconnect them.
disconnecting a connected account does not always delete historical context already stored in babyg. to delete historical stored context, request data deletion using the instructions on this page.
partial deletion
you may request deletion of only certain data instead of your full account.
examples include:
- your ai assistant history
- your profile photo
- your public profile
- a specific message thread
- your location information
- your connected instagram data
- your connected gmail context
- your connected google calendar context
- your content receipts or performance snapshots
- your listings or opportunities
- your booking or calendar records created inside babyg
if you request partial deletion, we will remove the requested data where technically possible while keeping the rest of your account active.
message deletion limits
if you request deletion of babyg platform messages, we will take reasonable steps to remove your copy of the messages and related message records tied to your account.
some message records may remain visible to another user if that user was also part of the conversation and has not requested deletion of their own copy.
we may also retain limited message-related records when needed for safety, abuse investigation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.
what may be retained
some information may be retained for limited reasons after deletion.
this may include:
- records needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or platform protection
- records needed to comply with legal obligations
- limited technical logs that may contain user identifiers for debugging, abuse prevention, or security
- aggregated or non-identifying analytics that cannot reasonably be linked back to your account
- backup copies that are deleted through normal backup cycles
- records we are required or permitted to keep under applicable law
we do not keep retained information for longer than reasonably necessary for the reason it was retained.
retained records are not used for advertising.
retained records are not used to train ai models.
ai assistant data
when you request full account deletion, we take reasonable steps to delete your ai assistant conversations, prompts, drafts, summaries, recommendations, and stored ai outputs connected to your account.
babyg does not use your ai assistant conversations, connected account data (gmail, google calendar, instagram), or location data to train ai models.
deletion timeframe
we aim to acknowledge verified deletion requests within two business days.
we aim to complete verified deletion requests within thirty days.
some requests may take longer if they involve complex records, backup cycles, third-party provider limitations, legal review, fraud prevention, security review, or verification issues.
once your deletion request is complete, we will send a confirmation email to the address that submitted the request.
third-party platform deletion
deleting your babyg account does not automatically delete your account or data directly held by third-party platforms such as instagram, meta, google, gmail, or google calendar.
to delete data held by those platforms, you must follow that platform's own deletion process.
babyg can only delete data stored in babyg systems or data that babyg is able to delete through approved provider tools.
security and verification
to protect your account, we may verify your identity before deleting data.
we may refuse, delay, or limit a deletion request if we cannot verify the requester, if the request appears fraudulent or abusive, or if we are legally required or permitted to retain certain information.
