welcome to babyg.
babyg is where creators and brands connect and collaborate, with an ai manager by their side. these terms of service explain the rules for using babyg, including the website, ai assistant features, connected account features (instagram, gmail, google calendar), creator and brand tools, public profiles, profile photo uploads, messages, bookings, listings, opportunities, and any related services we provide.
by creating an account, connecting an account, using the website, texting babyg, or using any babyg feature, you agree to these terms.
if you do not agree to these terms, do not use babyg.
who can use babyg
to use babyg, you must be at least 18 years old.
you must provide accurate account information and use babyg only for lawful purposes.
if you are using babyg on behalf of a creator team, agency, brand, business, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on behalf of that organization.
babyg may be invite-only, waitlist-based, or limited access at certain times. we may approve, deny, limit, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion.
your account
you are responsible for your account and anything that happens through it.
you agree to use accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, protect the email account connected to babyg, and notify us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
you may not share your account, sell your account, impersonate someone else, create accounts using false information, or use another person's account without permission.
if we believe your account is unsafe, misused, fraudulent, or violating these terms, we may suspend, restrict, or close it.
what babyg does
babyg is where creators and brands meet, match on niche, category, location, and budget. both sides browse, post work, and connect. behind every account is an ai agent that runs like a manager: it handles your email, your calendar, your questions, and every deal on the table, so no one signs the wrong fit. the network gets you in the room. the agent makes sure it's the right one.
day-to-day, babyg helps you manage the work that comes out of those connections, including content planning, captions, replies, in-app messages, bookings, instagram post insights, performance notes, creator + brand discovery, google calendar workflows, gmail workflows, and ai-assisted tasks.
babyg may include an ai assistant, connected instagram features, connected gmail features, connected google calendar features, profile photo uploads, public profiles, creator directory features, listings, opportunities, and other creator or brand tools.
babyg is meant to support your work. it does not replace your judgment.
connected accounts
babyg may allow you to connect third-party accounts, currently instagram, gmail, and google calendar.
when you connect a third-party account, you authorize babyg to access and use information from that account only as needed to provide the features you choose to use and as allowed by the permissions you approve.
you confirm that you own, control, or have permission to connect and manage any third-party account you connect to babyg.
you are responsible for making sure your use of connected account features complies with the rules, terms, and policies of the third-party platform.
babyg is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, decisions, outages, restrictions, suspensions, data access limits, policy changes, or actions of third-party platforms.
you may disconnect connected accounts where the feature is available. you may also revoke access directly through the third-party platform's settings.
disconnecting an account may limit or disable certain babyg features.
instagram features
if you connect instagram (through meta), babyg may detect your instagram handle, show recent post insights inside babyg, and use that context when the ai agent drafts content or replies you request. babyg does not post to instagram or take any action on your instagram account.
you agree not to use babyg to violate instagram or meta platform rules.
you may not use babyg to send spam, manipulate engagement, mislead users, scrape data, automate prohibited actions, impersonate others, or access accounts you do not own or have permission to manage.
gmail and google calendar features
if you connect gmail or google calendar, babyg may help you review email context, draft responses, summarize messages, organize creator-related communication, create or review calendar events, avoid scheduling conflicts, and support user-requested ai agent actions.
you are responsible for reviewing anything babyg drafts or prepares before sending, saving, relying on, or publishing it. no email is sent and no calendar event is created outside of babyg without your explicit approval.
babyg's use and transfer of information received from google apis will adhere to the google api services user data policy, including the limited use requirements. babyg does not sell google user data, use google user data for advertising, or use google user data to train ai models. you can disconnect gmail or google calendar at any time from profile settings, which revokes babyg's grant at google.
location features
babyg may ask for permission to access your location during sign-up or while using location-based features.
location sharing may be used to personalize your profile, support local creator discovery, suggest nearby opportunities, improve booking workflows, and support location-based features.
you may deny or turn off location access through your browser, device settings, or account settings where available.
you agree not to misuse location features, including stalking, harassment, tracking another person without consent, or sharing someone's location without permission.
ai assistant and ai agent features
babyg includes ai-powered features: an in-app ai assistant that can draft captions, replies, content ideas, summaries, plans, recommendations, and next steps.
the ai agent may also help complete creator-related tasks inside connected accounts (gmail, google calendar), depending on the features you choose to use and the permissions you approve on each provider's consent screen. no email is sent and no calendar event is created outside of babyg without your explicit in-app approval.
examples of ai agent tasks may include drafting a reply, summarizing a message, preparing a content idea, organizing a booking, creating a calendar item, helping review email context, suggesting a next move, or reviewing content performance.
you are responsible for reviewing and approving important outputs before sending, posting, publishing, signing, relying on, or acting on them.
ai outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, offensive, or not fit your intended use.
babyg does not guarantee that ai-generated content will be correct, legal, original, platform-compliant, brand-safe, non-infringing, or suitable for your specific situation.
you agree not to use babyg's ai features to create illegal content, deceptive content, scams, harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, impersonation, spam, malware, or content that violates another person's rights.
no high-impact decisions
babyg is not designed to make high-impact decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal rights, immigration, education access, criminal justice, or similar matters.
you may not use babyg as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect someone's rights, safety, finances, legal status, or access to essential services.
not professional advice
babyg may suggest content, replies, rates, negotiation language, scheduling options, workflow steps, business ideas, or creator strategy.
babyg does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, mental health, employment, or professional advice.
anything babyg drafts or recommends is a starting point only.
for anything that materially affects your money, rights, taxes, contracts, health, safety, or legal obligations, speak with a qualified professional.
brand deals, creator deals, and contracts
babyg may help draft outreach, replies, counters, negotiation language, contract notes, usage-rights questions, payment reminders, and deal-related messages.
you are responsible for the deals you accept, reject, negotiate, sign, or perform.
babyg is not a party to your contracts with brands, creators, agencies, platforms, vendors, or other third parties.
babyg is not responsible for whether a brand pays you, whether a creator performs, whether a contract is enforceable, whether a deal is profitable, or whether either party follows through.
read every contract before signing it.
sponsored content and disclosures
if you create, publish, negotiate, or accept sponsored content, gifted content, affiliate content, paid partnerships, brand deals, endorsements, or promotional content, you are responsible for following all applicable disclosure rules, platform rules, advertising rules, and laws.
babyg may help draft disclosure language or remind you to disclose a relationship, but you are responsible for making sure your posts, captions, stories, videos, emails, messages, and other content include required disclosures.
you agree not to use babyg to hide, avoid, misrepresent, or remove required sponsorship, advertising, affiliate, or paid partnership disclosures.
creator listings, opportunities, and directory features
babyg may include creator listings, marketplace-style features, creator discovery, collaboration opportunities, or directory features.
babyg may help users discover creators, brands, listings, opportunities, or workflows, but babyg does not guarantee any deal, booking, payment, collaboration, result, audience growth, or business outcome.
you are responsible for verifying any person, brand, creator, opportunity, deal, or request before acting on it.
public profiles and public information
babyg may allow you to create a creator profile or appear in a creator directory.
information you choose to make public may be visible to other users, such as creator name, handle, niche, public bio, city, region, country, content formats, profile media, and other public profile fields.
you are responsible for the information you choose to make public.
do not add information to public fields that you do not want others to see.
your content
you own the content you create and upload to babyg, including captions, ideas, drafts, profile content, uploaded files, messages, notes, content receipts, and performance information, subject to any rights owned by third parties.
you give babyg a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, transmit, analyze, and use your content only as needed to operate babyg, provide the features you choose to use, improve reliability, protect the platform, and comply with the law.
this license allows babyg to do things like display your profile, store your uploads, send messages to recipients, process prompts, generate drafts, sync connected workflows, and support ai agent features.
you represent that you have the rights needed to upload, share, process, or use your content through babyg.
you may not upload or use content that violates someone else's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights.
ai outputs
subject to these terms and applicable law, babyg allows you to use ai-generated outputs created for you through the service.
you are responsible for reviewing ai outputs before using them.
babyg does not guarantee that ai outputs are unique, protectable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for commercial use.
similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users.
feedback
if you send babyg suggestions, ideas, feature requests, comments, or feedback, you allow babyg to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
acceptable use
you agree not to use babyg to:
- break the law
- violate these terms
- violate another platform's rules
- harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, exploit, or harm others
- upload, create, request, or share illegal content
- upload, create, request, or share sexual content involving minors
- promote hate, violence, self-harm, or terrorism
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- send spam, scams, phishing, deceptive messages, or unsolicited bulk messages
- manipulate engagement, metrics, reviews, or platform systems
- scrape, harvest, or collect data without permission
- reverse-engineer, copy, or attack babyg's systems
- bypass rate limits, security controls, access controls, or usage limits
- upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files
- interfere with the platform or other users
- use babyg to build a competing product without written permission
- use babyg in a way that could damage babyg, users, service providers, or third-party platforms
content removal and enforcement
we may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, close accounts, or block access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, harmed another user, broke the law, violated platform rules, or misused babyg.
serious violations may result in immediate account closure without notice.
we may preserve information when needed for security, abuse investigation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or protection of babyg, users, or others.
copyright and intellectual property complaints
babyg respects intellectual property rights.
if you believe content on babyg infringes your copyright, contact babygaiagent@gmail.com with enough information for us to review the claim.
we may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe another person's rights.
repeat infringers may have their accounts closed.
babyg intellectual property
babyg owns the platform, website, design, branding, software, workflows, code, systems, ai agent structure, product names, logos, and other materials that are not your content or third-party content.
you may not copy, reproduce, sell, license, modify, distribute, or create derivative products from babyg without written permission.
communications from babyg
babyg may send you service-related emails, account messages, security notices, product updates, support messages, and other communications related to your use of the service.
you may be able to unsubscribe from promotional emails, but you may still receive important account, security, legal, or transactional messages.
third-party services
babyg may integrate with or link to third-party services, including instagram (meta), google (gmail, google calendar), hosting providers, and ai providers.
third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
babyg is not responsible for third-party services, including their outages, data practices, rules, fees, restrictions, suspensions, errors, or decisions.
privacy
your use of babyg is also governed by our privacy policy.
the privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how connected accounts work, how location features work, how ai processing works, and how you can request deletion.
by using babyg, you also agree to the privacy policy.
data deletion
you may request deletion of your account or personal data by following the data deletion page or emailing babygaiagent@gmail.com from the email address tied to your account.
deletion is handled as described in the privacy policy and data deletion page.
some information may be retained when needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, backup recovery, dispute resolution, messaging consent records, or enforcement of these terms.
service availability
babyg is provided on a best-effort basis.
the platform may be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or limited due to maintenance, deployments, outages, third-party service issues, platform changes, security events, or unexpected failures.
babyg does not guarantee uptime, availability, message delivery, account connection stability, ai accuracy, social platform access, email access, calendar access, or uninterrupted service.
if something is time-sensitive, do not rely on babyg as your only channel.
experimental and limited features
some babyg features may be experimental, limited, unfinished, or available only to certain users.
experimental or limited features may change, break, disappear, produce incorrect outputs, or be discontinued at any time.
we may add, remove, modify, or limit features without notice.
usage limits
babyg may apply usage limits, rate limits, storage limits, message limits, ai usage limits, or feature limits.
we may change limits at any time to protect the platform, control costs, prevent abuse, or improve reliability.
account termination
you may stop using babyg at any time.
you may request account closure by emailing babygaiagent@gmail.com from the email address tied to your account.
we may suspend, restrict, or close your account if we believe you violated these terms, created legal risk, caused harm, misused the service, violated third-party platform rules, failed to pay required fees, or used babyg in a way that may harm babyg, users, service providers, or third parties.
after account closure, certain provisions of these terms will continue to apply, including ownership, privacy, data retention, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, venue, and dispute terms.
disclaimers
babyg is provided "as is" and "as available."
to the maximum extent allowed by law, babyg disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, and security.
babyg does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, compliant with every platform rule, or suitable for your specific use.
limitation of liability
to the maximum extent allowed by law, babyg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, failed deals, missed messages, missed deadlines, platform suspensions, or ai-generated errors.
to the maximum extent allowed by law, babyg's total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid babyg for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
if you have not paid babyg, babyg's total liability will be limited to one hundred dollars.
some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits on liability, so some of the limits above may not apply to you.
indemnification
you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless babyg and its team members, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of babyg, your content, your connected accounts, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, your violation of third-party rights, your brand deals or creator deals, or your misuse of ai, location, email, calendar, or social platform features.
disputes
before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first contact babygaiagent@gmail.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.
governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the state of florida, usa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
venue
to the extent a dispute is not resolved informally, disputes will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts in florida, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
you and babyg consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
changes to these terms
we may update these terms from time to time.
if we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify users in the app or by email.
continued use of babyg after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
if you do not accept the updated terms, stop using babyg and request account closure.
assignment
you may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without written permission from babyg.
babyg may assign or transfer these terms as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
severability
if any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms will remain in effect.
no waiver
if babyg does not enforce a part of these terms, that does not mean babyg waives the right to enforce it later.
entire agreement
these terms, together with the privacy policy and any additional terms shown for specific features, form the entire agreement between you and babyg regarding your use of the service.
